ABOUT ME

I have had a passion for cooking dating back to when I was 7 years old living in Port-au-Prince Haiti where I was born and raised. I have fond memories of taking the ingredients that my mom used when cooking and, in turn, preparing my own meals for my friends and I as we played house. It was then when I fell in love with entertaining. In fact, when a family friend asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I responded by saying that I wanted to cook for a living not knowing that the culinary arts was actually a bonafide career.

I love to feed people when I entertain. It is a rewarding feeling to see people enjoy my cooking. My philosophy is that a dish is a work of fine art which is exactly why I add my personal touch to every dish I create. I describe my cuisine as being Caribbean food with a French touch and a pinch of Southern flair. I capture bits and pieces of every culture that has made me the person who I am today and incorporate them in my cuisine. You can find pieces of the Haitian, French, Caribbean, and Southern American cultures throughout my unique dishes.

I am blessed to have the opportunity of turning my passion into a career. I have been cooking professionally for approximately 15 years and have received nothing short of raving reviews. I now cater for all types of gatherings including weddings, birthday parties, religious celebrations, holidays, corporate events, and more. In addition, the events that I cater vary in size as well from small, intimate gatherings to large conferences with the help of my reliable team. I provide personal chef services as well.
